Website and platform terms

Baseline terms governing use of CyberSE’s public website and protected platform.

Last updated: 14 September 2026

Authorized use

Public content may be viewed for legitimate business and informational purposes. The client platform is restricted to users who have been authorized by CyberSE or an authorized client administrator.

Security obligations

Users must protect their credentials, use the service only within their authorization, avoid introducing malicious content, and promptly report suspected compromise. Attempts to bypass access controls, obtain other clients’ information or interfere with service operation are prohibited.

Engagement scope

Technical testing, penetration testing and other security activities are governed by a separate authorized engagement scope, rules of engagement and applicable contract. Nothing on the public website itself grants authorization to test any system.

Confidential and client material

Protected engagement information must be handled according to the applicable engagement, contractual and confidentiality requirements. Client visibility controls in the platform do not replace contractual confidentiality obligations.

Public content

CyberSE content is provided for general information and does not constitute a certification, legal opinion or guarantee of a specific security outcome unless expressly stated in an executed agreement.

Service availability

CyberSE may maintain, update or change the website and platform to protect security, reliability and functionality. Material client-service obligations remain subject to the applicable agreement.

Applicable agreements

Where these website/platform terms conflict with an executed customer agreement, statement of work or other expressly applicable written agreement, that agreement governs the contracted service.
